“He sold our high end home in three days. He hired the best photographer and videographer, spent money on mailers and did not cheapen anything. Then he helped us downsize into a new home.”
Meet Jess Guidroz
Santa Clarita Is Home. Always Has Been.
I've called Santa Clarita home for over 40 years. I grew up here, raised my family here, and have spent much of my life finding ways to give back to the community that helped shape me.
Before real estate, I spent ten years teaching English and Teen Leadership at La Mesa Junior High. I also founded Heart to Hart, a nonprofit helping homeless teens and families in the Hart School District, and created the Eat Drink Local festival, bringing thousands of Santa Clarita residents together to celebrate our community.
Today, I'm a Realtor with RE/MAX of Santa Clarita, specializing in luxury homes and estates throughout the valley, particularly Sand Canyon. I've had the privilege of representing some incredible properties, including two MacMillan Ranch estates that sold for $2.3 million and $2.4 million.
My approach to real estate isn't complicated. I believe in being available, telling people the truth, working hard, and treating every client like their goals genuinely matter.
Because to me, they do.
Selling Sand Canyon
Every Home Deserves to Be Seen at Its Best.
Whether I'm selling a $700,000 home or a $3 million estate, my approach is the same: professional photography, cinematic video, and thoughtful marketing that makes every property stand out.
Because great marketing shouldn't depend on the price of your home.
Take a look at how I bring a Sand Canyon estate to life.

What my clients say
“As a first-time buyer I was nervous and overwhelmed, but Jess made everything feel manageable and even exciting. Patient, knowledgeable and quick to answer my many questions.”
“Jess was available literally whenever I needed him. We hit a few glitches and while I panicked, Jess never broke a sweat. We found more than a realtor; we found a lifelong family friend.”
“He handled a very tough escrow and kept us informed along the way. Professional and kind, even helping the buyer of my house get through their loan qualification.”
“He will not cheapen his advertising. He picks the best photographer and videographer. His style is A+. And he is easy to get a hold of, will almost always pick up, and if not, calls right back.”

Community involvement
Giving back to Santa Clarita
Long before real estate, I was bringing this community together through service, events and more. Those same relationships and that local knowledge are now a resource for every client I represent.
Eat Drink Local festival
I created this free community festival at Central Park, with food, music and family entertainment, to fund local students in need.

Questions people ask me
What areas do you serve?
Sand Canyon is home base, and I work across the whole Santa Clarita Valley, including Placerita Canyon, Westridge, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall and Castaic.
Why do you focus on Sand Canyon?
I grew up here, and Sand Canyon homes sell on land, privacy and lifestyle. They need a seller's agent who knows the parcels, the equestrian zoning, wells, septic and insurance, and who can show the property on film. I have sold two MacMillan Ranch estates here, at $2.3 million and $2.4 million.
What is included when you list a home?
A written pricing and prep plan before the sign goes up, a professional photographer and videographer on every listing, a full marketing launch, and a written update every week until closing.
Do you work with buyers too?
Yes. I represent buyers across the valley, from first condos to estate homes, and help them understand Mello-Roos, HOAs, insurance and the right tract before they tour.
How do I find out what my home is worth?
Request a valuation and I will send you a written opinion of value within 48 hours, with the comparable sales that support it.
How quickly do you respond?
I pick up the phone, and if I miss your call I call right back. You will hear from me, not an assistant.
Ready to talk?
A short call, no pressure and no drip campaign. I will give you a straight answer about what your home is worth and how I would sell it.
